As a young startup, Kairoi Health built their first website in-house, using a generic WordPress theme. As they ramped up their marketing efforts in the lead up to launching their innovative medical provider appointment scheduling software, they new they needed a new online presence – one that matched their matured brand and conveyed the strengths of their software.
Working with Kairoi's existing creative team, I deployed an all-new, custom built WordPress website. With a series of important conferences coming up, we were faced with some challenging deadlines, yet were able to deliver a powerful, effective online presence.
The client required that I interpret the desktop design into a fluid, responsive website that works consistently across multiple platforms.
Knowing that page loading speed has become both a significant search engine ranking factor, and a major consideration for user experience, the client required that the site load within 1.5 seconds.
The client insisted that they be able to add and remove content such as press releases, media mentions, and more without relying on a developer.
"Rishi is a joy to work with. He is always looking out for the client and interested in helping you be as independent as possible. Ethical and efficient!"
— Jeffrey Dao, Sr. VP Marketing and Business Development
Our page load time target was 1.5s. Currently, the home page loads in 888ms.
As part of their ongoing growth efforts, Kairoi Health enlisted me to execute a crucial component: email marketing.
After translating their vision from mockup to responsively coded HTML, I transitioned them from an antiquated workflow in Salesforce to Mailchimp.
The lists stay in sync between the two applications so that KH can continue to utilize Salesforce's powerful CRM while easily updating and emailing from Mailchimp to their 5K+ subscriber base.
